Our Broadway Flip is our first flip. It took a little longer than expected since this was our first flip and we were learning the ropes, but that turned out to be a good thing. The 2 extra months that it took helped sell it for a little more due to the market going up.

We purchased this property at the end of May in 2016. It had a tenant in it who moved out the end of June. Due to my brothers wedding and a few family vacations we really didn't get started until the end of July / First of August. We got the property on the Market January 2017 and it sold it a few months later in March.

Things I learned:

• Try to avoid condo's with work restrictions (hours you can work, elevators, etc.)

• On the other hand condos can be nice, because you don't have to worry about any exterior items when trying to flip.
